I was born in the Bronx, the oldest of six. Watching my father work hard shaped how I approach my own responsibilities. Today, I live in Eagle Mountain, Utah. I’ve been married for more than 25 years, and I’m a father of two.

Building and owning businesses taught me to notice the details: where a process gets stuck, where a relationship could open a door, and where an idea needs structure before it can grow.

I enjoy bringing the right people together. I ask questions, listen, and work to understand the situation before proposing a solution. A good partnership should make it easier to move forward.

From RapidTalk to ROI CX Solutions.

At RapidTalk, I worked alongside Carl Case and the team on bringing conversational AI into business operations. My contribution centered on partnerships, including work with Telarus: understanding the business need, connecting the right people, and helping opportunities move forward.

I also played an integral role in the acquisition of RapidTalk’s customer communication technology by Skipio, alongside Carl Case and our team.

Today, I’m VP of AI Partnerships at ROI CX Solutions. I bring that experience to leaders who need a practical way to evaluate AI, choose a starting point, and coordinate the people who can make it work.
