Built on real
business decisions.
From owning businesses to building AI partnerships, my work has centered on finding the opportunity, understanding the operation, and bringing the right people together.
Now · ROI CX Solutions
VP of AI Partnerships.
I help organizations connect their business priorities with practical AI solutions and delivery partners. That starts with understanding the operation, what the team needs, and where an improvement would matter.
My role is to help shape the opportunity and align the people around it. Technical specialists lead the build. Together, the goal is a focused deployment that can be evaluated before expanding.

AI partnerships, built alongside a team.
I worked alongside Carl Case and the RapidTalk team as we brought conversational AI into business operations. Our team’s experience included work with Crunch Fitness, Jiffy Lube, Mary Kay, AssurancePlus, and Lloyd’s of London.
I contributed through partnership leadership, connecting business needs with the people and solutions to address them. These were shared team relationships and projects. I also worked with Telarus while at RapidTalk.
I played an integral role in the acquisition of RapidTalk’s customer communication technology by Skipio, working alongside Carl Case and the team. That experience informs how I approach partnerships: understand the opportunity, bring the right people together, and follow through.

I helped launch a company where our department grew to more than 50 employees and our product expanded to 68 U.S. locations. We supported over 100 sales representatives.
Working with our corporate team, I helped establish per-location financial structures, develop strategic partnerships, and improve product margins. It taught me to look at the operating model behind growth, not just the headline numbers.
Acquisition & growthFinding the next opportunity in an existing business.
After acquiring an online retail business, I introduced new products and marketing strategies. Revenue doubled within three years.
The lesson I bring forward: understand the customer and the commercial opportunity before choosing the tool or tactic.
Operations & exitCreating structure that the business could run on.
I acquired a three-location bounce house rental business with no established brand. I developed its identity, introduced processes and procedures, and created a more efficient operating model. I exited three years later.
Better systems can make everyday work clearer. That is the same lens I bring to evaluating AI opportunities.

Operating examples are based on Tomas’s supplied career intake and are not AI deployment results. AI roles and shared team relationships reflect the history confirmed by Carl Case.
